The more you play at ck9, the more you get. Our VIP program is built for players who don't just come to play — they expect the best.
The ck9 VIP Program has four tiers, each offering progressively better rewards.
VIP programs on online gaming platforms are nothing new. But the ck9 VIP Club stands apart because every decision is made with the player in mind. Rather than dangling big bonus offers, ck9 makes sure every VIP member receives genuinely valuable service.
Thousands of players across Bangladesh play on ck9 every day. The VIP program is built for those who play regularly and with passion. From Silver to Diamond, benefits grow across four tiers — the more you play, the more points you earn, and the higher you climb.
The ck9 VIP points system is straightforward and transparent. Every bet you place earns a set number of points. Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots — you earn points across every category. Accumulate points to move up to the next VIP tier, or redeem them directly as bonus credit.
Your points are reviewed at the end of each month. If you've met the required threshold, you're upgraded to the next tier immediately. New benefits activate right away — no application, no waiting.
Cashback is the most rewarding part of the VIP program. While regular members receive fixed bonuses, VIP members get a percentage of their net losses returned every week. That means even in a tough week, cashback has you covered.
Silver members receive 5% weekly cashback. At Gold, that rises to 15%. Platinum members get 22%. And Diamond Club members enjoy the maximum 30% cashback — one of the best offers in Bangladesh's online gaming space.
Cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday morning. No code needed, no form to fill out. It shows up in your balance right away and is ready to use the same day.
Gold tier members and above are assigned a dedicated account manager who looks after your account personally. From deposit issues to withdrawal processing, bonus queries to game advice — take it straight to your manager.
Platinum and Diamond members have a dedicated manager available 24/7. Whether something comes up at midnight or any other time, your manager is always on hand. This kind of personal service is usually reserved for five-star hotels and premium clubs — ck9 brings it online.
Standard accounts come with fixed betting limits. VIP members, however, can play at higher limits. Whether you want to place a large stake on a Sports Betting event or take a seat at a high-stakes Live Casino table, VIP status opens that door.
Diamond members get custom limits configured specifically for them — set according to your playing style and volume. This kind of flexibility is what sets ck9 apart from other platforms.
Starting from Gold tier, VIP members can enter exclusive tournaments that are not open to regular members. These tournaments offer larger prize pools and fewer competitors — so your chances of winning are significantly higher.
Exclusive Live Casino events are held monthly, open only to Platinum and Diamond members. These events feature dedicated prize pools and special rewards for winners.
Get back 5%–30% of your net losses every Monday. No conditions attached.
From Gold tier onwards, you have a dedicated manager available at all times.
Diamond members have their withdrawals processed in just 5 minutes.
Exclusive tournaments and major prizes for VIP members only.
Gold tier members and above receive a special bonus on their birthday.
Bet big without restrictions. Your betting limits increase with each VIP tier.

The ck9 Diamond Club is where a truly elite VIP experience begins. Reaching this tier isn't just about more perks — it's a completely different level of gaming.
Diamond members can play at exclusive Live Casino tables that are not accessible to regular players. These tables run high-stakes games with maximum limits and a fully premium atmosphere.
Every month, custom bonus packages are created exclusively for Diamond members — built around their play history, preferred games, and betting patterns to deliver offers that are genuinely rewarding.
Accumulated VIP points aren't just for tier upgrades — they can be converted directly into bonus balance. Once you've earned enough points, head to the ck9 VIP portal to redeem them. Redeemed balance is available to use immediately.
You can also get extra benefits by redeeming points during special events. For example, redeeming points during certain tournaments may earn you additional entries into those tournaments.
Download the ck9 app and access the full VIP dashboard right from your phone. Check your point balance, track cashback, and reach your manager — all from the palm of your hand. You don't need to be at a desktop to enjoy your VIP benefits.
The ck9 app is available on both Android and iOS. Download it, log in, and manage all your VIP benefits directly from the dashboard.
Ck9 believes gaming should be fun first. Even though VIP members enjoy higher betting limits, ck9 always promotes responsible gaming. Every VIP account comes with options to set deposit limits, betting limits, and self-exclusion.
